Not great
Falls short in a few areas. Bought it to replace an ageing laptop that was struggling. On top of that, battery is fine but not class-leading. And fan gets audible on long video calls. Plus, the trackpad started clicking oddly within a few weeks. Plus, had to contact support to sort a setup issue; they were helpful but it took a few days. I'd look at alternatives.

Very happy
I take it on the train most days for my commute. Absolutely love it. Typing is a joy; the keyboard is excellent and the TrackPoint is handy. Light enough to carry all day. Decent battery, about eight hours of mixed use for me. Delivery was quick and the box was well packed.

Fantastic for work
I travel for work every week so portability matters a lot to me. Brilliant laptop. Light enough to carry all day. Decent battery, about eight hours of mixed use for me. Best keyboard I've used on a laptop, great travel and feel. Arrived next day and was well protected. Very happy with the purchase.

Superb
Couldn't be happier with this. Fingerprint reader and IR camera make signing in instant. Excellent display, readable even by a sunny window. Delivery was quick and the box was well packed.

Highly recommend
Couldn't be happier with this. 16 GB means I can keep loads of tabs and apps open. Premium price but premium quality. The screen is bright and sharp, and the 16:10 ratio gives extra room for documents. Best keyboard I've used on a laptop, great travel and feel.

Great purchase. 16 GB means I can keep loads of tabs and apps open. 512 GB is plenty of storage for my files. Best keyboard I've used on a laptop, great travel and feel. Would buy again without hesitation.

Worth every penny
Mainly use it for emails, web browsing and the odd video call. Really impressed. Not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Battery gets me through most of a working day. Typing is a joy; the keyboard is excellent and the TrackPoint is handy.

Excellent laptop
Very pleased with this one. Bought it for my daughter's university course and she's been using it daily. Carbon fibre chassis feels premium and it's incredibly light. 512 GB is plenty of storage for my files. 16 GB means I can keep loads of tabs and apps open.

Great upgrade
It's my second laptop for use around the house. Does everything I need it to. Build quality is superb, solid yet barely any weight in my bag. Fingerprint reader and IR camera make signing in instant. Dispatch was fast and the packaging was good. Would buy again without hesitation.

Good value
A really decent machine. I run presentations and client calls all day and needed something that looks the part. Light enough to carry all day. Day-to-day performance is smooth: Office, Teams and loads of browser tabs without a hiccup. On the downside, battery is fine but not class-leading.
